Failed recharge..but showing successful

Dear Sir,

Today i recharged my cell 9681067766... with Rs 99 (Net Plan) and i got a message confirmation that recharge is successful

I started using net, later realising that all my main balance (more than 200 Rs) became 0 in just 10 mints

and they dont even have customer care to whom we can redress our complain... just a email service

Even if they refund my 99.. who will take responsiblity for over Rs 200 and the harassment .. coz we charge from paytm to say time...

I am in urgent need to use net... now should i again recharge??? again 99 gone...

Just a poor thing :(
