Not recharge my mobile

I am Shamik. I have recharge my mobile number (8500769053) with 501 on 2nd April through Paytm.com. But my mobile no (8500769053) has not recharge with 501 but the site has shown that my number has been recharged with 501. When I have enquired with BSNL customer care they r telling that my number has not recharge with the amount 501. So where my amount has gone??? I do want to have clarification from Paytm.com side. And want my mobile to recharge with 501. Paytm.com should be banned for harassing the common people. Disgusting.
