Recharge Failure

Sir/Madam,

I tried to recharge my airtel number 919910834402 for the amount RS.333 on

paytm.com websitethrough SBI Net Banking on 30-12 (Order No.129637).

The Recharge was not successful but my bank account was debited for the

same amount with the following narration

CCA11LEPD727IG84020973 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE.

Though my account has been debited, I have still not received my recharge. I have also

sent several e-mails to care@paytm.com which have gone unanswered.

PLEASE HELP!!!
