Receiving promotional massage after 54th day of registration of dnd

Respected sir,

I am mr. Vivek Kumar Pathak using a prepaid number of company "aircel". My number is 9716686207. I have requested for start do not disturb by send a massage of START DND at number 1909 on date 12 october. And i have received a massage from aircel about the promotion of internet plan of company. It is being done after 54th day of registration. So i want more information about this process.
