Deducted mym money from balance and not activated offe

Sir i have got a call on 4 december by customer service regarding offer that 1p/ for 2second if u want offer please say yes we will recharge they say and on next that is 5 december they deducted 45 rupees from my balance and till today iam daily calling customer executive they say daily we activate offer till today evening but not activate till today so i request to activate my offer or give my balance.
