Unsubsription of dialer tunes

Sir actually i am not subscribe dialer tunes in my mobile, it is automatically activated in my mobile. So some balance are deducted in my phone number. I gave him many complains but they are not take step. I am trying to delete my dialer tune but it not happen. For the suggestion of customer care i have send many SMS for deactivation of dialer tune but also they are not deactivate my dialer tunes. Same problems arises in my son mobile. So please take step against Aircel.
