DND NOT START WITHIN 46 DAYS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Aircel user. I subscribed for DoNotCall service on 07.11.2009 and my DND reg. no. is: S68177754495 .Earlier I used to get almost 6-7 Aircel & Telemarketting calls & 15-16 SMS per day. I registered almost 46 days. I am complained almost 10-12 times to the service provider with few days but also now I still get More calls & SMS From Aircel & other Telemarketing and. So plz take Is there any short and quick way to avoid this harassment.
