Receiving unwanted disturbing calls

They started calling in my mobile from June 9 and after repeatedly telling them not to call they didn't stop. Even I got their office ph no, complaint the same, then wrote email but they are happy to justify their action and the disturbing calls did not stop. When I told them I too can disturb them by calling their office numbers and did the same then they realize how people are disturbed and stopped calling for that instance but again they started calling in my landline number yesterday i.e. 10 July. This is happening every month from this company. Can anyone guide me how to raise a complaint in TRAI regarding this.
