I can not use my recharge amount while roaming

Sir,

i am vivek kumar pathak using aircel sim of number 9716686207. I had recieved a massage of recharge with 66 ang get a talktime of 66 for 7 days. As i recharged my account with 66 rupees it show your account has successfully recharged with rupees 0.00. I used it when i was in my home network but when i came to roaming area this amount is not working for any call or massage. What should i do?
