Not activation of sim card

I purchased an aircel prepaid simcard of up (west) from roorkee (uttarakhand) a week ago ..from the date i purchased it, it does not show any signal... it always says no network coverage..& when i do the operator selection manually... it shows..no network access, ...this sim card has fucked me... customer care people says ur complaint is frwarded but nothing is happening... its number is 8909277851...
