Cheated by bfake charges

This to complaint that Rs 20 has been deducted from my aircel no (9804445165) balance. I have immediately called up customer care to ask for the reason as i was totally bewildered at what has happened. They informed me that the balance has been deducted because of activation of voice chat services, which I did not actually had activated from my number. I had been repeatedly calling them for launching a complaint but they were totally ignorant and did not pay any heed to the matter. Not knowing what to do i have come here to complaint against them. Something should be done against this sort of unfair means of harassing the customers. Please do consider the matter and take whatever steps necessary.
