Disconnection of postpaid

I have called on 18/2 to disconnect my postpaid connection to gurgaon customercare and they have given some REGISTRATION NUMBER 1-1669370414 and it will be disconnected within 48 hours. But upto now 08/3 connection hasn't been disconnected. This is the way you will treat with the customers. ONE THING THEY HAVE TO REMEMBER ONE GOOD THING WILL NOT REACH QUICKLY BUT ONE BAD QUALITY WILL ATTRACTED BY EVERY PEOPLE.DEFINITELY I WILL AIRCEL CONNECTION IS NOT GOOD.WHEN PROBLEM COMES THEY WILL NOT RESPOND QUICKLY.BETTER DONT TAKE AIRCEL.
