Proplem in Poket Internate

I am Anjan Biswas. I have a complain against AIRCEL . The service quality of Pocket Internate is too bad. It is too tough to connect using PC, when I has connected with in 2-3 minute it is terminated. I have called customer care several time but they are not able to solve the problem. It can be say that our money has wasting. Please help me. If It is going on A serious step should taken against the company.
