Not deactivatin my cricket pack

Once a call came to me that a cricket pack is for you if u are intrested that press 1 & not then 2 i pressed 2 there then after some time a message came to me that thanks u r pack is being subscribed . so i called to customer care to deactivete this but Aircel mobile service provider company is not deactivating my cricket pack.after calling so many time in there customer care they only told me that they will deactivete that pack soon but from last 2 two months they regularly deduct the balance. And not working upon my request. I have called there customer care for dnd service they told me that they will activete this service in near 45 days but it will be near around 60 days the promotional are regularly coming on my mobile. due to this my studies are not going well and i m not in a position to handle this situation as much.so plse refund my money and remove my problem as soon as possible.
