My Telephone 0485 2842560 not working

Respected Sir,

I am very much depressed about the inefficiency of our exchange. I got the connection only for two days for the last complaint. The phone is not working now and i understood that the problem is happening purposely. Please do the necessary action to rectify the problem with my telephone. The copy of my previous email to the telephone department along with this.
