Reduce my valance by giveing some services without my permision

I recharged topup Rs 201 on 20th march. after 3-4 day my valance is 156 Rs.i talk to custmer care 198 1st time they said that 30 Rs for one service And 15 Rs for timepass service. I said i never ask for these services why you give these services to me. they said our system is not work now please call after 2 hours. I call after two hours same repated then i further call after 2 hours. repate same but this time they said call after 4 hours.then i call sevral times till today they are not responsing my call. I talk to my local service they said please complaint to TRAI.Please take correct action.my mobile No is 9808501892.
