Dear sir,
I have recharged for pocket internet on 28th march for an offer of 2 months for Rs.97
on 31st march accidently i subscribed again to pocket internet (DIALLING *122#-I thought it will just fetch information) which I called their customer care representative ASAP.with in one minute.the CC was not at all emphathic and was not at all catering to the needs of the customer
after all if i have availed PI on 28th how can i get it recharged further again,
In short i lost 97 rupees and more over the 2 months offer
i recently migrated from airtel and now feels the service of airtel is far more better than yours
You wont be shocked if you loss your customer rapport thanks to the efforts...
