Subscribed a pack called FRIEND ZONE without any instructions

This is RAJESH SARDANA an user of AIRCEL COMMUNICATION.MY AIRCEL NUMBER IS 8802707030.since i have purchased this number i am facing many problems. Without my instructions the company had activated many packs on my number and i unsubscribed many times, also i left a request for DO NOT DISTURB in which no packs can be activated or no promotional calls should i get on my number. Many times i had paid for unecessary subscriptions but, i ignored all that..

On 13 april at 2:43 AM i got a message that YOUR FRIEND ZONE PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.And in morning i called castomer care and filled a complaint (complaint no.1-1871348986). Till now i don"t get any feedback. And i want that the amount should be REFUNDED.

At the end i just want that in future no more packs should be activated and my request for DO NOT DISTURB should be fulfilled..
