Deduct 30 rs without reason

Airecl operator deduct 30 rupees from my mobile no 919716246892...

and custercare officers is saying that you have called them to suscribe Aircek friends Zone but I didnt Any call him... firstly they are saying that they refund 30 rs in ur mobile..but now there is no response from dat side..
