Hi

I requested Airtel to change my plan from 649 to 250 per month for 3 month as I will be out of country for 3-4 month on 24th of Feb and Airtel caller has insure me that your changes will made on 28th Feb onwards however I have seen my bill and found that my chnages were effective from 25th of Feb. Also I have requested Airtel to inform me how much I need to pay in advance so I can make the payment before I leave India however I did not received any call from Airtel.

I request you to look after this case and I will be able to pay your bill ones I will come back to India.

You have other option to disconatct my Airtel line.

Please reply ASAP.
