Promotional calls

I have aircel mobile connection. I applied for DND many times but still the unusual promotion calls hanged on my phone daily. Even when i am sleeping at night call hanged .i am very much disturbed by this negligency of aircel company and their service providers. My number is 8802176565.Kindly solve this problem urgently.
