Dear Concern

This is to inform that my mom mobile number 08013704542 has caller tune activated without her concern. She is 80yrs old lady and it is very much understood that she will not be able to activate these services on her own.

I have spoken to the customer care that is not willing to accept that this was activated forcefully. Pls get this deactivated and refund the rental charges else I will be forced to leave the connection. Also stop all promotional calls to the above-mentioned number.
