Charging of bill after disconnection of no

I was using AIRCEL postpaid no. 9768015333 which I was disconnected long back. All dues against the no. were cleared but after that also useless company harrising by sending bill on monthly bilss which is wrong.

I bought this matter in front of their vashi store people but they are more dumb that neone can imagine. They promise to reverce the charges but do not make any updation in their record.

Request you to please look into the matter & resolve this issue ASAP please.
