Deduction of money for value added services which they activated by themselves

Sir my mobile no is 8802551818 of aircel, It have a value added service of voice chat and dialor tone.firstly they deduct my 30 rs for dialor tone service in the last month which i have not said them to start, i got a call on that day in morning the person told me about this service and i refused not to start but they started it. I comlaint in their customer care but they refused to give my money back.after some days they deduct again Rs 30 of voice chat service. again i had not siad them to start and i call them to close this service but they dont even noticed my complaint and didnot give me complaint no.and nearly after a month they deduct my money of Rs 30 yesterday (16-06) for voice chat i have not used this service last as well as this month.
