I think AIRCEL HAVE THE POOREST INTERNET SERVICE.

I have been facing slow internet connection for the past 10 days and I called the AIRCEL NODAL OFFICER, because I was banned because I called 21 times in the customer care for the past 1.2 years. It was a big surprise for me when the nodal officer told me that a customer is only allowed to call 21 times from the time he took the connection, other vise he will be banned for the next 7 days... Hooray Aircel CC...

Sorry, I am departing from actual issue, as already said I have an issue with slow internet for 10 days (31-07 till date), when I called the Nodal Officer she told me that your may resolved in the next 7 days... I think the best customer service award should be given to AIRCEL.
