Unnecessary deduction of amount

It is often observed that aircel deduct balance from my prepaid account by imposing their various services such as love packs or friend zone etc. It is very shame for country like India that such a cheat company is doing their busines in India. Whenever i have contacted customer case, it is said that the service has been activated from my side which is totally false. Is there no way of getting rid of such harassment? Or i should dispose the SIM? I afraid if law persist anymore in our country. My aircel prepaid number is 8906743292. - Subhrajit Chakravorty.
