Postpaid to prepaidConversion

Dear Sir,

I am using the postpaid numer for the last two to three years. I have asked the sutomer care for cahnging the number from postpaid to prepaid. But the response from them is very poor. I have sent mails to but they didnt respond for the same. Please do help me in this.
