Didn't activated my replaced sim

Hlw sir,

i am prashant kumar from patna. I was using an aircel no 9852349414 from 1 and a half year, last month my sim got stolen to regain my no i visted aircel help center on 2nd nov i deposited photo copies of my original document and my collage id they provided my an sim having sr.no 89912581011503972592 they had said me that it will be activated on evening.i inserted that sim on mobile on 3rd nov it wasnt activated till then after then i visted help centre again they said that they had sended request and it will be activated after 72 hrs today is 6th november till now my no hasnt got activated. Please help me my contact no is 7870552631 till i recover my aircel's no back.
