BAD SERVICE

I applied for the VOIP service with this company (Phonology). And they did the same by giving me the connection. But later whenever i requested them for giving service as i was facing a lot network problem with my VOIP service, as i was not able to make call continuosly for more than 2 min, It gets disconnected automatically.

I complainted about this problem to them but they did not come at the committed time for service due to this i faced so many loss in my business.

i would request u all to not to get any kind of VOIP services from this company. I am sure they won't be able to provide you the service which a consumer would expect.
