MNP NOT DONE

I as using airtel network for 97258 10111 and i applied for the MNP to transfer in aircel. All the status from airtel is clear and i also got the messege from aircel that " your mnp has been appoved and your activation date is 05/02 22:00 (5th Feb) but till 7th feb aircel is not working i called to customer care they said MNP time is 6-7 days you still have 2 days left.

But i read on news paper and internet as soon as old service provider dis. count. you services new service provider has to start services in next 2 hours. but its almost 2 days.

i called to customer care for 4 times.

1 time: technical problem

2 time: it will take 24-48 hours

3 time: your MNP has been rejected

4 Time: it will take 2 more days

there are the answer from customer care
