Not able to register do not call service

My aircel no. is 7503450042. Since 15 days, I am continuously calling in customer care to activate my NATIONAL DO NOT CALL SERVICE but still my request has not been processed till date. The customer care executives are extremely bad. Either they cut the call or leave it on hold & forget. I am very much tensed due to the continuous promotional calls & SMS's. I have tried it many times by messaging "START 0" to 1909, but I instantly receive the message that "dear customer, you are not a valid aircel customer". I have talked to senior people also (Gurjeet & Vikas) but still my problem is unresolved. Still my NDNC is not registered. I am mentally harassed. Please help.
