Fault subscription of Jokes sms

Dear Sir,

Rs. 30 was deducted from my account after sending an sms that i have subscribed to Jokes services. Plz look into the matter. I have called 198.They have confirmed that I have subscribed but the details are not matching with my cal log. Please look into the matter.
