Dear sir,

i am using aircel network in mobile phone services

i am highly depressed by their cheating and worst services

they have deducted 30 rupees in my prepaid amount for dialor tone services without my knowledge, when i ask to customer care personnel, they replied irresponsively " u r using our services" i think this is hightech cheating now i want to claim (it happened not only for me but also many peoples include my friends and collegue) i need justice pls tightnen the laws in this regard and cut unwanted ad calls
