Alance deducted without any reason

I am Ankit Achantani S/O kishore Kumar Achantani R/O A-4/24 cottage Enclave Paschim Vihar new delhi-110063.

I am using Aircel prepaid no 9716979460 since two years. Doing a recharge of Rs 1000 or Rs 500 or above every month. Your company deducted rs 58 day before yesterday without any reason. I made a call to your customer department at-least 15 times in last two days and they replied our server is down kindly call after two hours. I am getting this reply every-time i put this query. This is just bull shit and i am not taking anything like this anymore.

On my last call they said i would get a call back for the same till now I havent got a call from your Department and I told them i would sue them If i dont get any appropriate reply. So this is the final warning if you can do something about this its ok otherwise theres tremendous mental torture that has been done already.
