Slow GPRS

Aircel is again slected as the second worst GPRS provider in the country, first is undoubtedly Tata Docomo. I was getting 27 KB download speed at the start of the mont, but as the days passed it got reduced to 3 KB. I gave numerous complaints in vain. Each time when we call their customer care they will start to pour their sweet empathetical prerecorded answers. Apart from that they don't do anything.

I think Trai should ban these substandard company's.
