No network coverage

My house is at ooramana in ernakulam district in Kerala.there is much good coverage for aircel outside my house, but no coverage inside my house. Am an aircel customer for past 1 year. I had called customer care and told several times about the issue, but no action. Its very pathetic. I can't able to make a call inside my house.only can attend it, but have to get out of the house to talk. Please take actions as soon..
