Dialer Tone Deactivation

Dear Sir,

A dialer tone has been assigned to my mobile for which I had not made any request. to unsubscribe this one, I had talked to the customer care executive and he has assured me also but nothing has happened till date. According to his advice I had sent SMS too. I am being unnecessarily charged for this service which I didn't ask for. I want to withdraw this one at the earliest so that I should not be charged any more.
