INCOMING SMS P, ROBLEM

Hello,

I getting incoming sms problem last 6 days I'm not able to receive sms. so i called to customer care no#198 they told me your problem will resole within 24 hr but after 24hr i called again but call was disconnect by agents. please resole my problem otherwise i have to change my service provider.
