Money deducted from main account

Hello sir/madam

I beg to state that now a days the service of Aircel network is very poor. Today they have activated friends Zone although i hasn't activated.

so if they will not refund my money then forcibly i have to just change my service provider.and i will never use this company sim again in my life also suggest other about this.

I hope my money would be back soon.
