Money got discarded automatically

I recharged Rs : 50 in my mobile 9658726546. It got recharged and in balance inquiry it shown the amount. Even i got the sms from the subscriber with the trans id. but after 3 hours it's shown no balance. I called the customer care. They told there was no log in their database regarding the recharge.

Please help.
