Poor network coverage

Im facing a huge problem with very poor network coverage of aircel in my ground floor since one month.my location is C5 bus stand, Srinagar main road, Garia station, Kolkata94.pls help me by solving my problem.though if i set my network by manually, im facing the same problem.my connection is from purulia.number is 9563407369... thanks in advance.
