I got my mobile recharged with Rs.599 pack which offers R-Reliance unlimited calls for 4000 minutes and it is valid for 28 days. but after the recharge it is showing insufficient balance to call on any number and even i am unable to talk to customer care as it is saying that i am not authorized to talk. Please help me into this whole matter as i successfully recharged my mobile with the 599 pack but still i am unable to avail the service being provided in this pack.
