I HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL NO.371237959263 TODAY 03.11.2012 I.E. AFTER EXPIRY OF DUE DATE 01.11.2012 AND I SHALL BE COMPELLED TO PAY RS.100 FOR LATE PAYMENT FOR YOUR FAULT ONLY. I HAD EXPERIENCE OF THE SAME PRACTICE ADOPTED BY A NON- NATIONALIZED BANK FOR THEIR CREDIT CARD BILLS.. TODAY IN THE AFTERNOON I HAD ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOU ASKING PAYMENT OF THE BILL WHEN I REQUESTED HER TO SEND AN E-BILL SO THAT I COULD PAY IMMEDIATELY. THOUGH I SHALL MAKE PAYMENT OF THE BILL, I EXPECT THAT YOU SHOULD NOT CAREFULLY AVOID SENDING OF BILLS WELL IN ADVANCE. EXPECTING NO REPLY. DISGUSTED.
