No Information of Extra Charges

Dear Sir,

I am kuldeep Sharma r/o-722-E Talab Wali Gali Babarpur Shahdara Delhi-110032. I have taken a new mobile prepaid number from Aircel Company my mobile number is 8802815356. Now I am facing many problems as like they charge my balance any time without my knowledge and i have requested customer many time but they do not do any thing for my complaints. When also I recharge my number then they charged my balance without giving information. So finely i have come to you sothat you can help me. So please i am requesting to you that solve my problems. Very-very thanks.
