I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother who hold postpaid connection no 8013435815
I, on her behalf paid one of your re-seller Mr. Amal Kr. Mondal (Kolkata 700096) a sum of Rs.110 only for re-charging the above connection on 29 Aug at around 7 PM.
He sent the instruction in front of me through his cell.
I happened to check my mother’s account only on 1 Sep and found that the recharged never took place.
