Deduction of balance

When ever i recharge my mobile (09907474784), my mobile balance will automatically reduced . so many times i complain to customer care but the result is negligible. then i try to port (MNP) my number so they doesn't provide me portability code.

so i want all the balance which is reduced from my account.
