Respected Sir/Madam

I, Nuka Raju Kolli, having the mobile no 9700646533 of Aircel service. Recently I got the message on 20th August. The message says that i get double talk time 20/- extra talk time on recharge of RC150. I recharged my mobile with RC150/- on the same day. But i did not get 20/- extra talk time yet. i made a complaint at Aicel office. But they did not respond well.

So please make a possibility to get my amount and restrict this type messages.
