Reliance communication/ Night pack
WRONG CHARGES DEDUCTION

Hi All,

This is to inform the fake charges are deducting by Reliance communication. i had taken Night pack on 28.11.2012 expiry date is 12.12.2012. Mob. No. 9325209608

As per night pack instuction (11PM- 6AM) R-R free hrs. i had make a call on 09.11.2012 at 11.08 PM for 1 hrs. 18 min. they have deducted more then Rs 57 balance. Then i had raised a complaint on 198 customer care Req. no. 193653380. But they have false investigation and saying charges are correct found.

How is it possible i have checked the time set on my mobile is correct and there view is call was on 10:59:47 PM.

Total wrong setting of system for fraud. Please do necessary action to avoid the fraud.
