Deduction of amount for no reason

Myself Mohd Imran Masood, I am using this aircel sim for years or two and last two days I have recharged my cell phone with a topup of 100 Rs twice but my whole amount has been detected twice for two consecutive days.

I talk to customer care and even I went to aircel office but to no avail. So, Kindly please look at my complain and take some action Aircel India. They not only misusing and wasting my money but also my time.
