Worst customer service

Hello

i am using aircel 3g service on a dongle for the last three to four months from july i having these problems ..all file sharing sites are blocked on aircel network whereas other isp like airtel reliance and tata are not blocking it nd the customer care has no answer to that they always say talk to tech dept and tech dept says talk to cust care..i am using these nos : 09803062660, 09803020660, 09803001101 i am soon gng to move these nos to another carrier coz u people have no answers..i am having network problem at my home and not a single visit by your executive as i registered a complaint 2 months back..i also tried to email you at aircelsocialmedia@aircel.co.in but no reply from the compnay.. my primary no is 09803062660 & sites i am having problem is
